Kate is an extrovert with boundless energy, a wealth of food knowledge, experience and expertise gained from a variety of roles across the food industry.
She is passionate about food with a "can do" attitude and enthusiasm that is infectious. Kate has a unique background within the food and presentation sector with over 25 years' experience in a variety of customer facing roles.

Kate qualified from Westminster College & Le Cordon Blue-London, later gained a Teaching Certificate and is an Affiliated Member of the Guild of Food Writers.
Starting in the restaurant industry she moved on to London based Directors Lunches and then running an Outside Catering Company whilst bringing up the family.
She has taught all ages and abilities over many years, alongside working for a Major Retailer, involved in Product Development, Recipe Writing and on stage Demonstrations across the UK. Often involving Television and Radio coverage.
